What Side does He Play on
- Kallie: ...he's my brother's best friend, a serious gamer. You'd like him; he plays World of Warcraft.
- MM: And what side does he play for?
- Kallie: ........ O..o uh, he's straight...
- MM: No! Is he Horde or Alliance??
- Dan: XD
“This is a question for the Council of Six”
^This. I had this awkward thought a moment ago.
It started when I was playing my warrior Merilwen on Feathermoon. She was curious about the barber shop, so she went in and sat down and looked at her options. One of the options was to change her facial markings…..
Really? Can that happen? Or is that one of those things they’ve put in Barber shops so that if you feel like you should’ve chosen other markings, you can? I have a feeling that it’s just something that Blizz put in so that if you want different markings, you can have them.
Otherwise, if it is something that can be changed… it means that the markings on the female Kaldorei faces are made either by magic or tattoo (owie)….I guess I could see this because Quel’dorei and Sin’dorei don’t have them… at all.
I went through all the markings, not surprised that they had names. I was more surprised that I didn’t realize what those names would be when I was making my Kaldorei girls =\ Honestly, for each character, I just scrolled through the markings and picked what looked like it fit with the idea I had of that character. Now that I know what the markings actually are (and I have a better sense of the characters) I might consider changing the markings on their faces… but only if it’s something that actually could be done. Otherwise, I intend to leave them as they are.
…can you imagine if changing or removing a tattoo was as simple as visiting your local barber shop? o..o

Nobunaga-sama was good enough to akshully answer my question :)
