Random Superhero Generator! (this was fun!)

MsMoon can transform corbomite into silver, however only during a new moon. She owns all of the powers and talents of an imp and she has mastered the ability to deflect blinding light. MsMoon developed the talent to change shape into a rhino  and she has been known to view distant locations with her mind. Also, she is protected from damage by an energy barrier and she possesses the power to sculpt and mold all rubber with a thought. MsMoon is able to read the memories of others, but can only do so eight times a day. She also has the power to take control of wolves. Terribly, MsMoon is deathly afraid of monkeys.
