Reading the marvelous askspnbbverse, it occurs to me that if people with wings was an actual thing, we would come up with some proper fashion for them. I can’t see a nice three-piece-suit working this way, with the buttons in back, but it’s plenty cute for baby clothes. Probably still wouldn’t be any easier to get Gabe and Balthazar into their clothes, but at least it would fit.

Ellen June is an artist from Canada who uses air-drying clay, wire, glaze and acrylic paint to create these amazingly beautiful sculptures of fantasy animals. Each sculpture is handmade and painted with no more tools than fingers and a paint brush, completely unique and produced in a fluid and intuitive manner. With inspiration derived from animal physiology and a love of the fantastic, grotesque and absurd, each sculpture is completely unique. She’s absolutely incredible.

Opinions: Most of this movie is…curious. Firstly I’ll say, it’s a movie you have to pay attention to, and you have to watch it more than once. Once you’ve seen it, you can understand it, and once you understand it it’s easier to view. The first time you watch it to get what you’re supposed to get, and the second is pure enjoyment from then on. It’s full of very dry humor and it’s very drawn out. At times it can be difficult to follow, but it is amusing, interesting and very heart-felt. It kind of made me realize how many fandoms in which Death is a character that I like. In this one I enjoy him most…Skull-face and all. The ending of this was very good, it had a great message. I’ve rewatched it a total of 7 times, and each time I enjoy it more than the last :)
